We plan to open 4 of our 8 grass courts on Saturday May 4th with the remainder opening the following weekend (weather permitting). Courts will be bookable in the normal way up to 10 days in advance (non-members 24 hours in advance) via our website / ClubSpark / Booker app.

We look forward to a great season of grass court tennis and kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

• Only book a court if you definitely know you can play on that date / time.

• Cancel any courts as soon as you know you’re unable to play. Please do not cancel your court at the last minute as this stops other members from being able to book in advance.

• Only book courts for the duration you intend to play for.

• If no courts are available at your desired date / time please check back again nearer the time in case of any cancellations.

• Please check that the grass courts are open before arriving on site, especially in inclement weather. We will always email you should we need to cancel your court. Please ensure our email address - info@courtx.co.uk is added to your safe senders’ list.

• Please report in at reception before play commences so we know you have arrived.

• If you’re playing with a non-member they will need to pay a £5.00 guest fee.

• Under no circumstances can bikes be taken on to the courts.

• Shirts and appropriate trainers must be worn at all times.

• Any dogs must be tied up outside the court enclosure and not brought on to the courts.

• No speakers or radios can be used on the courts unless otherwise agreed by the club.
