Serving small sharing plates bursting with bold flavours and made using local ingredients. Some firm favourites so far are the North African influenced, lamb rump with chermoula, deep fried Iberico ham croquetas with a melt in your mouth filling, and sweetheart cabbage cooked on the charcoal grill. A Montparnasse favourite, a 24hour pork belly with celeriac puree and pistachio dukkah, with soft flesh and crispy skin, is also proving to be a very popular dish.
