Clothing collection for The Key Education Centre

Sandy Striding is helping spread awareness for The Key Education Centre - two schools (one in Havant, the other in Gosport) which offer education for children who are temporarily unable to attend school. Many children who attend The Key Education Centre are experiencing setbacks of emotional trauma due to adverse childhood experiences or are experiencing ongoing emotional conditions.

Their behavioural patterns reflect the above and so The Key strive to encourage emotional regulation, support their continued education as well as provide guidance for building healthy relationships. Many children who attend The Key have families who have difficulties in complementing conducive ‘outside’ social activities including the all-important sport.

In light of this if you have any old sportswear (clothing, shoes) that you no longer need or are worn out please consider donating to The Key Education Centre. Any donations can be left in at reception as Sandy will be making regular pickups.
