Beginners / Gentle Iyengar Yoga
Suzet Suryano will be starting Yoga classes on Wednesday 22nd of September 11:00 - 12:00.
It will be gentle yoga suitable for beginners and those with limited experience.
Suzet teaches Iyengar style yoga. This has three main characteristics:
There is precise body alignment in every pose (asana)
The pose sequences are very carefully structured.
The style frequently uses props, such as belts, blocks and blankets, to assist with the poses
IYENGAR STYLE YOGA improves the overall functioning of the body.
All ages (and all shapes) can successfully practice Iyengar yoga.
Suzet qualified in 2003 and has been practicing for over 20 years in the UK and the Institute in Pune.
She has taught in various Companies and Health Clubs in London, including:
Chelsea Health Club
L'oreal
Clifford Chance
Westminster Council.
