Barre Fitness is coming to CourtX!

Sarah Moore Dance is excited to announce new barre fitness classes.

Barre Fitness is an exercise class based on elements of ballet, yoga and Pilates. It focusses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen the body whilst increasing agility and flexibility. Barre fitness also helps to improve balance and promotes better posture. No previous experience is needed and it is suitable for all levels.

Classes will be:

Tuesdays 09:30 - 10:30
Tuesdays 10:30 - 11:30
Wednesdays 11:00 - 12:00 

£5 trials are available on 29th and 30th March by clicking here.

Classes will then run in the summer term starting on Wednesday 27th April. These will be £7.50 per class payable monthly.
