Back by popular demand we are pleased to be holding two Goga sessions on Sunday 23rd April. We can’t wait to see returning faces, as well as those who weren’t able to book a spot last time!
This event is a part of the CourtX Community programme and open to all.
Designed for participants to escape the fast pace stresses of life and discover their inner kid, Goat Yoga is a fun, playful, stress-relieving activity which aims to bring joy and delight to the CourtX community.
Goga is designed to include everyone, to introduce those who haven’t ever done yoga to a fun and lighthearted practice to those who practice frequently and know how to develop a movement or stretch. Therefore the Goga instructors teach a beginners Hatha yoga class and invite those that want to and have the knowledge to, to deepen their practice if they wish.
The Goga team provide the yoga mats. Photos can be taken throughout the session and no yoga or goat experience is needed.
The Goga team believe Interacting with their goats not only will have the group in fits of giggles it also fights depression and allows them to escape the modern day stresses life can bring.
