Sally began her journey as a Pilates teacher twenty years ago here in Southsea! Since then she has lived and worked abroad in Australia, Shanghai and Switzerland. In 2008 she opened her very own Pilates studio ‘The Pilates Room Surrey’ which sold in 2016. Sally’s wealth of experience and empathy makes her an exceptional Pilates teacher. She understands that no two bodies are the same, we are all unique and a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach simply does not work. Sally’s small classes allow her to give individual attention where necessary and ensure that each person works at the right pace for them.

Sally believes that combining Mindfulness with Pilates movements fosters a deeper mind-body connection allowing you to let-go of unwanted tension, working deeply into the body to feel stronger and revitalised.
