Court bookings & cancellations

It has been fantastic to see the courts being so well used of late – long may the weather stay favourable as we head deeper into the autumn. Demand for courts is typically at its highest late September / October due to the grass no longer being in operation yet the weather remaining fairly mild. We appreciate your booking etiquette and are experiencing very few ‘no shows’. For those who have recently joined we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

• Only book a court if you definitely know you can play on that date / time

• Cancel any courts as soon as you know you’re unable to play

• Only book courts for the duration you intend to play for

• If no courts are available at your desired date / time please check back again nearer the time in case of any cancellations

• Please register in at reception before playing

• If you’re playing with a non-member they will need to pay a £3.50 guest fee
